xc77 implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with international responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method on file for your account. xc77 reserves the right to process withdrawals only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Sportsbook (Cricket & Other Sports): All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. xc77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or data feed failures. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time without notice.

Live Casino: All live casino games are operated in accordance with the rules displayed within each game interface. Results are final once a game round has concluded. xc77 does not accept responsibility for disconnections occurring on the player's side that result in an incomplete game round — these situations are governed by the platform's disconnection policy as displayed within the relevant game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xc77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software
• Use the xc77 brand name, logo, or any other marks in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an unauthorised affiliation with xc77

Any unauthorised use of xc77's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xc77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the xc77 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, xc77 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any losses arising from betting or gaming activity, including losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds, data feed errors, or platform downtime
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond xc77's reasonable control

xc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
